Hi all..got a problem and it's really starting to do my head in! Everytime I open my Videos folder and try to watch a film I get a message stating that Windows host process (Rundll32) has stopped working...abd also Com Surrogate has problems. Now, I googled the plroblem and apparently it's not uncommon and did what (http://www.howtogeek.com/howto/wind...surrogate-has-stopped-working-error-in-vista/)
