Short Answer there is none.
Long answer the combat flight sim series.
Unfortunitly they stopped using the latest version of the flight sim engine, and kinda modded CFS2 to make CFS3 and now the planes and stuff doing go so well between FSX (or even 2004) and CFS3.
And then they stopped making the CFS games. And you could hardly call it the FSX of combat flight games... it just looked at WWII and went good nuff.
I guess it's too big to make a game that has planes from multiple era's, and Ace Combat has the console tard pretty colours shoot-em-up money making corner.
Besides... Falcon 4.0 modelled air combat better then real air combat does itself... so no one has dared try to out do it since.
I guess i should mention Il-2 ... but i wont. Its another WWII only.

If you mean fly military aircraft all over the world, then I can't think of any. If you want a combat sim then I'd recommend LOMAC - Lock On: Modern Air Combat
Its a pretty old game now but the graphics are still pretty nice and its bound to be under a tenner.

Based around the Black Sea, you can fly 7-8 aircraft with different skins, from Jets to the A-10/Su-25 bombers. With 50 other AI planes.
There's also plenty of downloadable skins/changes for aircraft/airfields/lighting/sound etc.
