Some of you might be interested to know that there is an expansion due out this year that partners Combat Mission Barbarossa to Berlin. Now the original game is coming up to 8 years old 
but it is still played by the community as it is regarded as one of the best wargames of all time. This is why I game on the pc.
The expansion, Combat Mission Campaigns (or CMC) features a series of dynamic campaigns that follow the course of the war on the Russian front from 41-45. The original game featured the battles and operations - this is simply the next step, building on the fundamental success of the original game and adding what was missing. It's been a long time coming..
