or

Antec 900
Gigabyte GA-P55-US3L

Well, the asus case has 4 fans, the antec case has 4 fans too...My question is more on boards...Gigabyte GA-P55-US3L is much worse than Asus board or will be the same??

I would go with gigabyte. The asus rma process is shameful, and motherboards die frequently enough for this to be an important consideration.
