Combofix for Linux?

I want to create a bootable usb environment for removing/cleaning viruses on windows partitions.

I've found Combofix to be a really good useful tool for this, but obviously it only works from within Windows, is there a similar tool for Linux?

No need to be so rude, you can just mention that I mistook the question, quite an easy mistake to make really since his last words were "FOR Linux".

Yeah the question wasn't phrased very well so apologies for that.

I meant for a bootable Linux environment tool that could scan a Windows partition for viruses, and lets add malware into that. I hadn't thought about the registry problem as JRS mentioned above.
