If you haven't played Payday2 I highly recommend it, even with total randoms. The graphics aren't the best but the gameplay is simply superb

+1 for Payday2. Seems fairly easy to find people to play with too. I've added more people on steam since getting it in the sale than I have in the last 3 years. It's crazy addictive, but it helps to play with people of the same level so you don't hold the team back.
