I was recently given a Comfort Enjoy Elite office chair. It seems like a really good chair but I am stuck on a couple of things...
First of all, the back rest height adjustment. Whenever I raise the back of the chair up it comes down again as soon as I lean back. I can't seem to find any way to lock it into place?
And the second thing, the version I have is without a headrest. However I definitely want a headrest or else the chair is useless to me.
I was wondering if anyone can tell me how much of a pain it is to "convert" to including a headrest. I have found a place which sells conversion kits to make it into a headrest model but there are no pictures or anything.
I am assuming that the whole back of the chair needs to be replaced to accomodate a headrest but I have no clue. Searching online has been fruitless.
