When was the last time you were out of your comfort zone?

Do you choose to actively seek being out of your comfort zone?

Does your Job/life mean your faced with being out of your comfort zone

Are you wanting to find a comfort zone?

I'm happy with my comfort Zone- I search for nothing to disrupt my status quo

Quite regularly, am out of my comfort zone a bit right now tbh...

I will be very much out of my comfort zone for a while in a few months too, though I'll be very happy if it all works out.

Yes I do actively seek to be out of my comfort zone, not necessarily for the sake of it but just because some things I want to do are hard, have some uncertainty attached to them etc...

I'm not someone that particularly likes or seeks to be outside of my comfort zone.

Very outside of my comfort zone right now at work - coming up on 6 months now I've been covering a higher management position leading the night shift in charge of a large premises, warehouse and two teams of people. I'm so not a people person its not funny and tend to be quite passive looking to others to lead - if I was a child these days I'd probably be diagnosed as somewhere on the Autistic spectrum. I have to put in a tremendous effort so as to be pro-active about managing the job and on top of things never mind the dealing with people.

Not the first time I've covered a management role but first time I've had this level of responsibility and had to look to myself so much for direction.

Very often. I recently dropped a large amount of money into index funds, far more than I'm comfortable with and the market promptly dropped. So discomfort for the next few months/years :p

I'm starting a new project at work early March which is FAR outside my comfort zone. It's scheduled for completion later this year.

Socially, I don't tend to feel uncomfortable so nothing to say there.

Yep, everyday. Outside of work im going to language college to learn German. I am finding it difficult but its another skill set i am trying to gain.
I am also self studying and exams which will help me gain knowledge for something I am not very good at but i am slowly getting there each time I pass an exam.

All the time at work. If im in my comfort zone then I get bored pretty quick so am always seeking out new roles or projects that will challenge me and make me feel uncomfortably out if my depth. I will never be a specialist in anything, instead I prefer to try my hand at anything and everything to keep things interesring.

Outside of work not so much. I like to put my energy into work and take it easy outside of work. I can be pretty social if I want to be but it's always on my terms. I do like to explore and visit new places but again on my terms so I'm never too far out od my comfort zone.

Truthfully not as often as I should, but one of my goals for this year is to challenge myself a little more than I'm used to.

Comfort is very limiting and even though I haven't achieved much in my 26 years of life, what I have achieved has come from times where I've stepped out the box.

I watch Top Gun every morning before going to work and its purposeful words and powerful message alway make me ready to smash the world.

Comfort zone?

DANGER ZONE

Life’s too short to spend it not being comfortable

One could say this is a missed opportunity

Yeah reward does sometimes come from adversity

Daily. As I lead a team, the vast majority of whom are older than me and also have to challenge senior leaders in my business, I am constantly finding myself "out of my comfort zone".

What I generally find though is that I need not have been uncomfortable, as generally I don't run into issues as a result. Sometimes, but that's life.

Usually on the highway to the danger zone

I'm well out of my zone right at this minute, I've had to sneak upstairs to an empty room at a birthday party.

I bloody hate socialising at the best of times even more so when it's forced.
