Comfortable keyboard for work?

Hi all,

After a nice keyboard, main priority is ergonimics and soft touch keys (if that makes any sense)

Main uses will not be for gaming but for typing.

Using a crappy Logitech K120 and my thumbs are in pain from the constant Shift+letter for capitals
