Im after a new keyboard, to put it bluntly.

Been using a HP ps/2 keyboard for 7 years and its still going but has paint/worn marks, still works but is getting a bit "old".

Im after a keyboard that doesnt make the slamming sound, meaning keys have to be balanced (i.e space bar slamming), also has to be comfortable, no tacky plastic keys, rubber essentially would be nice but if the plastic is comfortable then i will give it a shot.

also last thing i dont want a ridiculousy priced keyboard, want my bank balance to be satisfied ^_^.

Got me a dell keyboard for free from my mate who sets up servers ;D

Goes with my Dell 2007WFP monitors, looks very slim, comfortable enough and isn't overly loud. The space bar has a balance thingy under it aswell as the enter key. I think they are quite cheap if you can find them.

Nicest keyboard I have ever used. Laptop keys basically and perfectly flat, nicest thing to type with I know, including Dell and Logitech boards. We purchased one for my friends birthday and his typos dropped by around 20% also.
