I'm 6'4" and have one of these, and I find it very comfy. Supports where I need it, relatively adjustable, and the 2 pillows are decent. It also breaths really well, so you don't have to deal with the sweaty crack in this warm weather

I did get it when it was on sale though so didn't pay this much.
