So very tempted to get both '11 and '12 for the price of a '12 preorder on Steam but the '12 demo was awful. Does anyone know how old the build is that was used for the demo? I've heard it's from several months ago but I'm having trouble getting confirmation.
 
the build for the demo was pretty old from what i gather, it seems that it was dumbed down somewhat to run well on most hardware
 
Downloaded the demo today, give it an hour or so & got a time of 1.54.372 around the Abu Dhabi circuit in the McLaren with a Xbox 360 controller & was quite impressed, To the point of it actually making me seriously thinking of buying it.

But not sure as i didn't like F1 2010, Didn't bother with F1 2011
 
I have just sadly been informed by our distributors that there may be a delay in getting this line in stock.

I am working to get an ETA on stock so that OcUK is able to fulfill our pre orders.

as soon as i know anything, i will post back with the info.

I should know the score in around an hour.
 
*** Update ***

we have enough copies to clear our pre orders currently placed and a few more orders after that.

as soon as we are able to get more stock, they will be available again.

we do indeed. existing pre orders are being fulfilled and we have a small quantity of buffer stock remaining until codemasters can get more stock into their distribution channel.
