So, they're making Generals 2! And it's the Frostbite 2 engine (Yes the Battlefield 3 engine)

I really hope it's good.

Edit: It's not good, it's free to play, and they've dropped the Generals name ._.

The CGI in that trailer really did look like something from 7 years ago. Not up to par with Bioware's usual standard.

That was ingame

Spamming supply drop / black market / hackers was amazing.

Most elements of generals multiplayer were amazing actually.

There was only one Generals game, and it was EA, and it was good!

So maybe this one will be.

My best generals moment was when I was playing against a friend. He was laser general, I was superweapon general.

He had won basically. He was in my base destroying absolutely everything with laser tanks. My power was offline with particle uplink cannons a few seconds away from being ready.

Then suddenly he destroyed some structure of mine which meant I had enough power left to run my base, my ion cannons came online and I destroyed his power plants so all his laser tanks shut down in the middle of my base.

I won in the end

Considering the last games, i have little hope in C&C nowadays. ;_;

C&C 3 wasn't bad, RA3 and C&C4 were shocking though yes.
