Command and Conquer: Red Alert 1 unlimited resource player and AI search help

I used to play this (now old, Red Alert) game with a cheat/trainer, it was the most fun I've had ever at the time because it was an unlimited resource cheat which the AI also used resulting in mega battles in epic proportions.

I've tried looking for it but I think it is lost in the interwebs somewhere.

I was wondering if anyone could help locate it or remember what it was called.

There was a bug (I think) which I remember. If another player (yourself or AI) destroys a competing player ALL of the AI would stop fighting and turn against you!!!

I seem to remember that actually you could just adjust the cost of building the units in a text file somewhere.

Yes, you can do this in RULES.INI, which can be easily downloaded.
