Command prompt box on startup

I don't know if this is anything but i've only just noticed when i start my laptop and it goes into the windows desktop a black command prompt box flashes up and goes. I've never noticed this before, has anyone else seen this and if not how can i find out what this is. i've done antivirus checks and nothing.

Yes i've got a amd HD 5870 video card & couldn't see anything suspicious in start-up. I've managed to get a little bit of it as i pressed print screen. I says

C:\Windows\System32\cmd.exe on the command prompt screen border

It's probably this:

[AMD AVT] Cmd.exe /c start "AMD Accelerated Video Transcoding device initialization" /min "C:\Program Files (x86)\AMD AVT\bin\kdbsync.exe" aml

Yep thats it, i've just disabled it and restarted and it don't appear. What is AMD Accelerated Video Transcoding device initialization and is it needed.
