Command Prompt flashing

Hi all,
As above my command prompt flashes every now and again like every hour or somthing. It flashes up so fast i cant even see if it type anything. Any ides why this is?
Also since last big update few days ago i get another issues. If im watching Youtube video on full screen (Normally use edge) it min to tray every 30 min or so. Same goes to when playing game such as wildlands? im wondering if the command propm anything to do with this as well!

I think the command prompt issue is down to a new MS office update, its been happening on my computer and is annoying the life out of me.

I eventually found what the cause of it was. If you open task scheduler, expand Task Scheduler Library, then Microsoft then Office, in the middle pane look for OfficeBackgroundTaskHandlerRegistration. Its set to run an EXE called officebackgroundtaskhandler.exe every hour, this seems to open the CMD.

I edited the task, and change the Use the following User account to SYSTEM. The Task still runs, but doesn't run as USER so doesn't display.
