Command Prompt Question...

I have a lot of files on my external hard drive, and I want to make a list of all the files in 1 of the folders.

External drive is on E: and I want to run a command which will list all files within E:\Kencs\Files and have the output to me files.txt

What is the command line to do it? I remember I did it about 2 years ago and cant remember it.
