i looked at cpuz and i saw that the command rate is set to 2T so is this good

sorry dnt kno much about ram

2T means that you're not running in in dual channel, you can set this in the BIOS, provided you have the sticks in the right slots etc.

It'll be just in the Bios somewhere, it depends what motherboard you have.

Getting to the BIOS normally entails pressing delete at the POST screen before your OS loads.

Command rate has nothing to do with dual channel... You can run in dual channel with 1T or 2T.

There should be an option in the BIOS, called something like CPC or Command Rate and it will have the setting 1 or 2. There is a performance drop from running at 2T but it is usually compatible with more RAM types. Stick it at 1T and see how it goes:)

Pfff :p It means that the RAM's not running in Command Per Clock mode (CPC) which hits performance more than any other timing. In BIOS set CPC/Command Rate to Enabled/1T.

Oh well, I heard a U.B say it so  Maybe they referred to the fact that the performance drop is like not running in dual channel, that might explain my confusion.

well i tried findin it in BIOS but i cant see it anywhere

mobo ASUS A8R32-MVP Deluxe if that *** help any1, tell me where it *** be in bios

The other two are right, 2T is entirely seperate from dual channel, but its an easy mistake to make so don't worry about it :)

In the bios it will be called CPC, Command Rate, 2T Command or something like that, with the options either being 1T/2T or enable/disable.

My ram will run at 2T or 1T but seems to be more stable at 2T, there is a noticable performance loss in things like superpi from this, as much as a few seconds on the 1M time

Welcome to the forums. :)

In the BIOS, Memory Configuration, Memory Timing Configuration, and set User Config Mode to Manual for the options to appear, then change CMD-ADDR Timing Mode to 1T from 2T, thats if its the same layout as the previous board A8R-MVP, which it could be i spose. :)
