Recently, ABIT tried to enable the option to adjust command rate on 965 chipsets on their 965 Quad board but, it was faulty in the bios. I have never seen any other Intel based chipset offering allow Command Rate adjustment. I don't think it will be an effective option for Intel platforms until Intel gets the memory controller on the CPU.
