Command to see graphics driver used?

Thats the thing, new OS's arent using xorg anymore.

I'm testing debian squeeze atm, and it came pre-installed with the radeon opensource driver.

When I install it properly I wanna make sure it's using it, summit about KMS doing all the shizzle now.
