Commander Pro QL Fans

I have just got Commander pro with QL FANS so i cant get RGB hubs to show on Icue at all when plugged into Commander pro Any help on this pleasee

I think I am right in saying that the the commander pro has two RGB outputs on it. However you may need more than that so you will either need a hub or a Lighting Node Core which have six RGB outputs, which are usually sold as part of the QL lighting kit. The commander pro and lighting node core are sold separately since you may not need both.

You plugged the LED hub in to the Pro RGB outputs yes?
