Comments not showing on Youtube?

Comments on videos have just today stopped showing. I can see that there are commenbts - the number of comments is shown. My main browser is Chrome. I've tried clearing cookies and cache. I've tried disabling extensions. The problem also shows in Edge.

Any ideas? Have I accidentally set something?

Me too, i was wondering what was going on. I initially thought it may be to do with the full screen now allowed scrolling the page due to my computer being weird. Probably get fixed soon enough. I'm on Brave which is chromium too.

It's amazing how much the comments add to videos. It's just not the same when I can't browse through comments when watching certain vids.

Yeah I noticed this. I don't know exactly when the YouTube comments section went from a no go zone to a must have feature, but it's definitely the case now that it's far worse without it.
