Comments on upgrades

Hi All

Now that xmas is been and gone its time to spend some of the xmas money

This is what I have now

Nvidia 8800 GTX
ASRock ConRoe945 MB
Intel E6300 CPU (Water Cooled)
2gb DDR2 Dual Channel
Tagen 480w PSU

This is what I am looking to buy and would like to know what you think. Good or bad..

Intel Core 2 Quad Pro Q6600
XFX nForce 680i SLi
Coolermaster Real Power 850w Modular Power Supply

I will be water cooling the CPU again so looking to overclock the CPU a little

And advice would be great..

I was thinking SLi but I am not hearing good things about it and the cost/performance gain is not worth it..

Wow. Lots of info here. So I think I will go for the Abit IP35 PRO MB and the Q6600

Can anyone suggest some good memory to go with this.. looking at 4gb. nothing too expensive.

OK. based on what you guys have said (thanks for your input) I am going to order the following

IP35 Pro MB
Intel Q6600 CPU
2 lot of GeIL 2GB (2x1GB) PC2-6400C4 800MHz Ultra Low Latency DDR2 Dual Channel Kit (GX22GB6400UDC) to make 4 GB
Corsair HX 520W ATX2.2 Modular SLI Compliant PSU
Western Digital Raptor X 150GB 10000RPM SATA

Sound OK??
