I think one of their problems was lack of advertising, as i have never seen one of their ad's, if they were to advertise and have PC's that are a bit cheaper, things would probably be better for them

Lack of advertising probably did kill them. I read PC magazines during long train journeys and I have only seen a Commodore advert once!

Did they do the really really colourful designed PC's?
If so, I've seen several adverts for them, but the PC's seemed to come in a single flavor- expensive and high end.

But looked nice?
Also saw a new design recentish, so maybe not the right company.
