Common Focus Wiper Problem....

Hi all,

Most Focus owners have probably experienced this common problem - Where the 'one wipe' action stops working. So when you flick the Wiper Stalk down..... The front wipers don't complete their cycle etc... instead, they just stop intermittently in any position....

Now I know that there is a little grey relay that needs to be replaced to fix this problem...

What I'd like to know is the part number of this relay and what 'number' location it is - in the fuse box - So that I can get a new one, before taking the glove box apart to replace it etc...

Can anyone help please...?

Thanks :)

I had the exact problem with my Focus! and it was the gay relay like you say, dont know the p.n tho. Mine was replaced under warranty.

dont know the PN, but it will be a little relay and cost nothing. Explain it to your dealer he will know what you mean, it is common it happened to mine, only thing to ever break on it! think it only cost 58p or something.
