Community Fibre any good?

I'm on virgin media, 250 bolt and just out of contract and looking at options as VM are talking about £44 for 1GB, where as Community fibre are at £26 for 1GB.

Thats less than im currently paying for 250 i have.

I game, so do my son, so needing a good provider.

Would anyone recommend CF and 1GB service or are better options out there ?

What is CGNAT? it seems it has massive impact on connections based on the replies received.

You share a single IP with multiple other users. For most households it doesn’t make any difference, but it can be problematic for gaming, running your own services from home etc.

CF dont have the option to not have it off?, ill give them a ring and see.

Any other provider that's suited for gaming?

Thanks, i do have the AX20, was used for wifi as VM router was pants. i will try it out with CF.
