Comodo Choking uTorrent?

Hi guys,
Got a mate running windows vista with Comodo firewall.

He's getting utorrent download speeds of around 15kb/s with comodo running. Policies have been set to allow ALL traffic (IP, UDP + TCP). The second Comodo is disabled this jumps to 25-30kb/s.

Now it's dropped out completely.

Any ideas really appreciated.

, no idea why it drops to 15 in comodo, is it aware its a torrent program, maybe running slow to prevent traffic shapping?

How very dare you! I'm running xp thank you, I'm too skint for upgrades

I don't know how to make Comodo 'aware' that its a torrent program though fella. How do I go about doing that?
