You would be better off in going to the support forums for Comodo, they are an excellent source of knowledge.
As I am behind a router, which has its own NAT / Firewall I do not get any of those type of reports, either tha tor I do not look for them.
AFAIK (which isn't very much) those are just innocuous none important ping type things, then again go to the forum and ask there to be sure.
You could always try and read the help that is within the application, specifically....
