comp problem

my comp keeps crashing every couple of weeks or so, which requires me to take out 1 of my ram and recently i've had 2 use the built in bois back up to get it to run again. once i get it running again im able to put the ram back and restore the OC profile.

i thought it was something wrong with my OC profile but when i reclock it to the level it was and run prime 95 for couple hours i get no crashes. i then use it again for another couple of weeks and it crashes again, and again i check the OC for a couple hours and nothing happens.

i'm not sure what the problem is so was wondering if anyone has any ideas?

current specs:

Intel Core 2 Quad Q8200@ 2.55GHZ
4x1GB DDR2 RAM 800mhz(cpu-z says its running at 364.9)
Asus P5Q Deluxe
9800gtx+
650W coolermaster PSU

ok ive set it at stock settings now, ill run prime95 soon to check it.

tbh im not sure about the psu. i had to increase the north bridge volatage so i cud run 4x1GB ram, but i think this is a limitation when using 4 ram sticks?
also have another problem but not sure if its the psu. My system is plugged into a surge protector and if i turn it off and on, then turn computer on its powers up for 1/2secs, doesnt boot thou, then powers off then 2/3secs laters it powers on and boots.

i dont thnk its the ram ive ran prime95 for 4hrs and it didnt crash or give any errors, its only seems 2 crash when im playing a game or/and when i play itunes

i checked event viewer and im getting kennel-PnP warnings and Bonjour Errors and the kennel-PnP warnings are linked to the Bonjour errors

i read your guide for the psu but many of the points where not required as my comp runs for hours using prime95 to stress it, and the voltages seem to be all in range.

about the NB voltage, i was told to up the voltage in a previous post to solve the issue but i think its at default now since i reset bios back to default.

Could it be a gfx card issue, since it only crashes when i have a game up, even though ive had games running on it since the last crash with no issues
