ok, so yearning for a bit of extra bass in my E46,while maintaining stock looks and full boot usage etc, has led to me acquiring the sub box from a Harman Kardon E46. The unit i've acquired has been modified to run off a conventional amp, and i already have an aftermarket HU, so all i need is a small 2-channel amp that can fit in the cubby where the CD changer/nav module would live if i had them. Dont want to spend megabucks, it's a) for the car b) for bass only and c) never going to match my linn system anyway

any tips/recs? while we're at it, where's best to route my RCAs in an E46 coupe?

What's the RMS rating of the sub?
Why do you need a 2chan amp if it's a sub?

I don't think it's wise to be storing an amp in a cubby hole with no ventilation to be honest.

I've always run RCAs down the centre, Power down the left, and speaker cable down the right.
Make sure you select appropriate power wire, fuse it as close to the battery as possible, and if you have to drill a hole to route the cable into the car, use a grommet.

Removing seats and even carpet, makes life sooooo much easier.

Massive Nano Block N2 isn't a bad bet. 7.2" x 5.5" x 2.1" , 800wRMS. £230.
