Compact camera that shoots RAW?

I'm after some recommendations for a compact camera that can shoot in raw. Basically I'm fond of amateur photography but don't want to lug a big camera around. I like creating the odd HDR if the mood takes me so saving in RAW format would be ideal for me.

Is there anything out there at the moment that meets my requirements? Budget isn't too important but I'd like a range of prices if possible.

If it makes any difference I've previously had a s6500 fd bridge camera which I loved but after numerous returns due to sensor failings I gave up on them (bad batch apparently).

Anyway getting another 6500 isn't out of the picture but I can't help but think there's a compact out there that would tick all my boxes.

All my searches so far seem to point me to older Olympus models that I can't find new any more.

Similar threads to this keep poping up and the response seem to advise one of the following

Panasonic LX2 (or LX3)
Canon G9 (or G10)
Sigma DP1 (or DP2 when it's available).
Ricoh Grd2 or GX200

All of these are high end compact cameras that can shoot RAW. If I was faced with this choice, I would go for a G10 if I was after a single solution, or an LX3 if i wanted a compact solution as a companion when I don't want to carry a DSLR.
