compact digital camera which uses CF Cards?

want to pick up a pretty cheap camera for my wife to use to take pics/movies of our son, can be 2nd hand/not a urrent model etc..pay up to 150 ish.

I have loads of compact flash cards from my 20D so i really want something that uses CF. I'm also big on canon (but can be other manufacturers) and a good quality movie mode is very important.

I used to have a sony p92 many moons ago which had a great movie mode.

I RAW mode would be good too so I can use for a 2nd backup for my company shooting.
any tips or reccomendations would be very much appreciated

RAW and movie?

My Canon S70 fits the bill to all those, movie mode is only 3 mins thou (which is usually plenty long enough). Shoots RAW, takes CF, but it's just over £230 thou.
