Compact Flash Card Reader ?

Having played around with video on my 5DmkII, I discovered just how long it takes to transfer files via my old USB Card reader

Just wondering what is the quickest Compact Flash Card reader available at the moment?

I'm using a Lexar USB 3.0 SD/CF card reader...fairly nippy ! (as long as you have USB 3.0 ports)

Thanks again all for the replies, I ordered the Lexar USB 3.0 version as I have USB 3.0 and I hate the wait while transfering, and for £20 can't go wrong I guess.
