Compacts @ £200 ish ?

I have a DSLR and an ultra compact, looking for a compact with manual features.

Current faves are Panasonic TZ7,8 or 10.

I know the 10 has GPS and i like the idea of that but hear it kills battery. Anyone offer opinions on pros and cons of the above and suggest others i should consider.

Must have some manual features - not fussed on video but nice bonus, prefer SD based mem.

My dad has a Panasonic TZ65 and I think it's the nuts of a compact, huge lens and very well built so don't think you can go far wrong with any of the TZ range.
