Company of Heros game gone very slow

I anyone help with this.

My computer is a work / software development computer, however I play one game and this is the 2006 original Company of Heros in multiplayer.

Computer is a i7 4770k, however it runs some very slow Quadro NVS cards. Now Company of Heros is that old it normally runs fine on such low spec graphics cards, however recently the game has gone very slow and I can hardly move my mouse on the game menus.

Does anyone have any ideas, the only things that have changed recently is a Windows creative update (i'm running 64 Pro) and I noticed steam updated itself.
 
What does you're monitor say the "refresh rate" of the screen is, do you have VSYNC enabled?

Try add the following to the startup -

-nomovies -novsync -notriplebuffer

1. Go to the folder where you have COH installed and look for RelicCOH.exe

2. Right click on RelicCOH.exe and select Properties. Select the Compatibility tab and check the box that says "Disable fullscreen optimizations"

Well done your a genius, 'Disable fullscreen optimizations' totally fixed it :)

I wonder what happened that suddenly required this to be disabled.
 
Read that, it makes sense as my Creators Update has only just been installed (Pro version gets delayed feature updates), and this was time the issue started.

still a great game, I play it every other days with my buddies online

The blitzkreig mod is now on steam and has been updated
