Compare Contents Of 2 Folders (Inc Sub Folders)

Hi,

Would anyone know if there is a utility in Windows XP or a free download that I can use to compare the contents of 2 folders on the C:\ drive to see if there are any differences in the sub folder structures and file contents ?

I have two folders that are supposed to contain identical sub folders and files, however, right clicking and checking the properties indicates that there are small differences. I hope to be able to locate the sub folders and files that are not identical in each root folder.

WinMerge is great and also does folder compares; I use it a lot for comparing revisions of code.
