I'm looking for a cheap motherboard.. would there be much difference in performance between these 2? The 2nd one puts me slightly over budget.

Also the Asus board has an Integrated ATI Radeon HD 4200 GPU on it.. anyone know what this is like? I was planning on getting this card with it. Will there be a great difference?
