Help with different TwinX sets please!

I've got a gig (2x 512) of XMS 3200CAS2 (something) TwinX from about 2 years ago, and a gig (2x 512) of CMX4400C2.5. Thinking about which pair to stick in my (being built) socket A system, which is gonna be the better to use? Or both lots? (Into an NF7-S)

Ta

Edit: Sorry, forgot to add. The system will be highly overclocked. (3200+ running at circa 2.8Ghz). Previously I used the 3200 stuff (which took a 225 fsb fine) but I'm wondering now as I've "faster" ram now...

The CAS2 would be the better for NF2 :) The NF7-S doesn't do a lot more than 230-230FSB so PC4000 wouldn't be ideal, you want to overclock the CAS2 and try and keep the timings as tight as possible.

If you're gaming and playing BF2, Wow, Oblivion then both sets would probably be best :)
