Comparing Graphics cards

Not sure if this goes in here or Watercooling.
I'm looking to water cool my PC. Would like some help clearing something up.

I've bought the following card:

Box says the version is: 912-V277-063

Then there's this card:

Version: V277-053R


The water cooling blocks I've seen say they only support the MSI Radeon R9 280X OC 3G edition. V277-053R.

Are these Cards exactly the same? Only the Versions are different because one comes with BF4?

Due to the price difference, and as you know the waterblock fits on the card that's cheaper, I would just go for that one! (especially as it's on today only)
