Comparison help :S

Ok so i am thinking of buying the Titan Xenomorph gaming pc soon and its default GPU upgrade is this:

and im looking at this:

And they're nearly the same price but the ATI has around 600 more processing cores, a much higher core clock rate and memory clock but the Nvidia has a shader clock and memory interface..? im really confused. Please can anybody tell me which one is better and why? Nvidia all have shader clocks etc. and i dont understand what makes them good or better than ATI in some cases because by that example its worse surely?

Plus if anybody could give me an equivalent nvidia GPU which is about the same performance / power as the ATI so i can get an idea of how i know what im looking for in Nvidia?

thank you so much!!!! i've fiddled with this Andandtech for a while and that MSI 460 is amazing!! just what i was looking for!! thank you so much Marine

I'll be sure to remember. I'll probably go for the GTX460 768MB, I used that Andandtech and the comparisons where just unbeleivable! I compared the GTX460 to the ATI 5870 and they're incredibly close! they split by a tiny bit but im just amazed! plus the 460 has better cooling, less power usage and slightly quieter. Will definatly consider going for the MSI Cyclone. Thanks again.
