Compatability Check!

Yes, to know what processors are compatible with what motherboard you have to check the socket of each. Both of these being AM3
 
they are both compatible, but if you are planning on using a PCIe X1 expansion card along with a big graphics card you may want a different motherboard, because the PCIe expansion card would sit very close to the fans of the graphics card.

if that wont be a problem for you then the board will be great. if you think it could be a problem, then i will do my best to recommend an alternative depending on what you need the motherboard to do
