Hi guys,
I bought a OC pc from Overclockers UK years ago and it has been an amazing trouble free, Gaming PC.
It's a little old now, so I decided to upgrade the RAM. I called OCUK and asked what their reccomendation would be.
They recommended Kingston Genesis X 2x8GB sticks (KHX1600C9D3X2K2/8GX) - My motherboard is a Gigabyte (GA-H55M-UD2H).
I installed the RAM and it goes through the BIOS screen onto the Win7 Loading screen, and there it stays the colours don't appear and it stays there indefinately. below is my current spec which works fine.

Now, I checked the voltage and timings and set them to 1.65v & 9-9-9-27 timings. The checked the settings and they were the same as my previous ram anyway. Next I mem tested the sticks for errors and they were fine. I finally took the plunge and re-flashed the BIOS to the F11 version (which say it has improved memory compatibility) again the same thing happened. I reverted back this previous BIOS version as I lost my OC settings.
Anyway, I am at a loss as to what the problem is, I get the feeling I am missing some setting or something, please help
