Compatability?

Basically, when I upgrade I'm thinking of carrying over my PSU - Cooler Master Silent Pro 850W (80+ Bronze I believe it is).

Now, as in my sig, I'm a pc noob so don't know if for whatever reason it wouldn't be compatible with a Z97 mobo - as well as that I think I may need new connections/cables (probably will to colour code, somewhat, anyway).

So as in the title, will there be any form of compatability issues, even though my PSU is a couple years old will it be fine for a build with:
i7 4790k
GTX 970
Corsair H100/105i
Corsair Vengeance Pro Red (will end up with 16GB 2133MHz DDR3).

Awesome, got so much going on just want to make my build as hassle/stress free as possible! (Just moved out, going into new placement soon, got health & sleep issues, life is good! ha <-- a new pc will be a surefix for all of those issues though )
