Compatable?

Yes, the card requires a PCI Express x16 slot which the board has (It is the longest slot on the motherboard).

Just make sure that the PCI Express x1 slot next to it (the small slot) is not occupied as the card you are looking at has a dual slot cooler. For ideal cooling the next PCI slot down from that should also be free to allow for good airflow, but this is not actually necessary to run the card.

If you are unsure about the slots then look in the manual for the motherboard layout. If you cannot find your manual you can download it from the asus site:

The TDP for the card stated by AMD is 151W, so make sure your power supply is rated high enough to power this and you other components.

Looking to upgrade this now as I'm going to get a new bigger main monitor. Budget around £150, what's the best bang for my buck and silentish?
