Surely the overall knowledge of the OcUK forum members can help me to make sure that these items are compatiable:

Intel E6600
Asus P5W DH Deluxe WiFi
GeForce 7950GX2
Corsair 2GB DDR2 XMS2-6400C5 TwinX

Everything else is okay in the spec, I just really want to make sure there is nothing wrong with this setup...

Thanks guys, I look forward to the help (as long as it's good news :D )

Thats all fine, though I'd recommend the Geil PC6400 on This Week Only over the Corsair, tighter timings and clocks better, and still has the lifetime warranty the Corsair has :)

So is the Asus P5W DH Deluxe WiFi issue all sorted now, with the correct BIOS' out the box?

...and there are no other issues to be dealt with? Nothing wrong with compaiability with the GeForce 7950 GX2 and the mobo?

Not sure about the BIOS issue, you'll have to check with someone who's in the know, but I don't think you'd have any other problems.

Excellent, that's what I wanted to hear, lol

Somehow though I expect something will go wrong when put to the test, but hey - would not be fun otherwise, ay?

Thanks

Last time I am going to post my specification, I promise. I will be buying it soon enough, once I have done one final check past you guys :)

Any recommendations on the compatiability, etc... other then that I think I am set!

Btw: Is the Seasonic S12 600W enough to power this rig?

No comments? Just need to make 99% sure on the spec, considering the large hole it will leave in my wallet afterwards!

The 600W will probably be enough. The Seasonic S12 is a quality PSU - I have one :D

Are you absolutey sure you want a 7950? That 19" monitor will do it no justice. I personally recommend you get an ATI X1900XT or XTX.

Just my view though :)

I know I want a GeForce and considering I was going to by the 7900, the current £68.00 of difference allows me to get something twice as fast...

That was my thinking anyway...

Does the GeIL RAM work with 975X chipsets though? It only mentions Intel 975 chipsets...
