compatiablity? HELP

i was wondering whever a 2 gig pc 4000 crucilal memeory kit would be compatible with a asus a8n sli deluxe motherboard and an amd 64 3700 san diego athlon.

I see no specific reason why this combination would cause any problems, although you might want to see if anyone comes along who has tried that exact combination. If they are crucial Ballistix you're looking at forget it. The RMA rate on those things is terrible.
