Hi, I have GTX 1060 3GB Gigabyte Windforce Edition, Ryzen 5 1600 and ASUS B350 - PLUS, I am looking to buy a case, RAM and PSU.

I have my eyes on this case, this RAM and this PSU. Can you guys tell me if all those parts will go nicely together and if that PSU will be strong enough for my build?

Thanks

Well with tall RAM like that you may want to make sure that any aftermarket air cooler will clear the RAM slots they are in, or if you go for an AIO water cooler then you have no issues at all.

Has anyone her had experience with RGB RAM? I'd like to get it for the aesthetics, not sure if it will clash with the case lights though.

Ive not used it, but reading reviews it comes with the LEDs set to rainbow mode (cycles the colours) or if you can use the ASUS arua program that can control them.

I guess one solotion would be to get a simple RAM kit in black/dark grey heatsinks and let the case illuminate things for you.

If you need to save more cash, can use the above brand moles but 400/450w .
Current use 500w for Ryzen 1600+Vega 56 and i5 8400+1070 ti using bequiet Pure 10
My basket at Overclockers UK:
Total: £89.45 (includes shipping: £10.50)
Although they understate their ratings, is gold rated technically but they decided to go silver .

Going larger as above does give more future proofing .

Nah,

Looking at the 4 suggestions I made, they are either cheaper or only £5 more I would say they are far better and have MUCH larger warranties.

PSU is more than enough, could even go 450w if you don't intend to upgrade much in the future.

The Seasonic Focus Plus is the one to get - longest warranty (2x the SuperFlower in your post) and well reviewed.

RAM is ASUS Aura sync compatible, but can't find any info on if the case fans are. The motherboard only has 1 RGB fan header anyway.

But, the case does come with a RGB controller which has loads of customization.

Does that mean that I won't be able to use all the fans that come with the case?

I know Evga and bequiet have RMA in EU, even though super makes the unit, not sure where bit and seasonic are ? Is it like Zotac warranty , first 3 are handled by reseller sending it to them then you have to send off directly ?

Are there some kind of adapters that I could use to plug more than one fan in?

I think what hbes trying to say is the board controls the RAM via the ASUS aura software (with the RGB header) and the case has its own RGB controller that the fans (or add more) are plugged into.

Like two seperate systems.

Does it matter? the bequiet is a inferior suggestion end of.

Ah right, thought he was talking about the case fans but yeah I guess that's fine then.

On a different motherboard/case if you had enough RGB headers or the right controller you could sync compatible Ram and case fans all up together with Aura Sync - RGB patterns, colours and brightness.
