Morning, i have a Gigabyte H55-USB3 motherboard which is running a xfx 4890 in the main pci-e slot. However i have now tried to install a ati 5450 in the secondary (slower) pci-e slot.

However the new card is not being recognised.

I AM AWARE OF THE DIFFERENT DRIVER ISSUES, but i assumed that the two cards would be recognised. I have treid changing the bios to load from PEG2, instead of PEG1, i have been into device manager and re-scanned for configuration changes, but nothing appears to be able to recognise the new card.

Any help please.
 
sorted, some tinckering with the monitors and which one goes where, but i now have two 22" samsungs running off a 4890 and one 19" off the 5450.

Games run fine, no crashes or errors, despite the different series and old 4 series driver
