Compatibility check plz

-Abit IP-35, Dark Raider
-2GB (2x1GB) Corsair TwinX XMS2, DDR2 PC2-6400
-Intel Core 2 Quad-Core Q6600 G0 SLACR

I posted thread yesterday regarding £225 budget mate of mine had, he has since upped the cash and wants the above^ So my question is; does anyone for-see compatibility issues or any known issues with above 3 items working fine together?

No idea what you mean. Not one for ripping friends off, he knows the costs since order will be placed by him - so i wont be skimming anything off the top.
