6000MT/s CL30 will work perfectly with that board.
The thing to bear in mind is that they don't seem very low profile, they look quite tall (I have never owned those DIMMS), so I am unsure if you will have any clearance issues.

ok cool thanks for the clearance advise, ive got a nr200 case and my 7900xtx ref is vertically mouted. am not near my pc at the moment tho so cannot check

You could save yourself a bundle with this ram it has the same timings but it's not expo.
